Online course refund policy

We provide a thirty-day refund policy, but the following conditions must be met before you can apply for a refund:

1. Course completion rate is lower than 25%: To be eligible for a refund, you must complete no more than 25% in the course content, which will be based on the progress recorded by our backend system.

3. Refund handling fee: The refund amount will be deducted from the handling fee charged by the relevant cash flow. The specific deduction amount will depend on the payment method you use

3. Refund time limit: Refunds will be reviewed and refunded within seven to fourteen working days from the date of application completion. The refund time limit does not include the day of application and the number of days for cash flow refund processing

4. Violation of terms and conditions of use: If a violation of our terms and conditions of use, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, is found, such as sharing an account to provide learning for someone other than yourself, refund eligibility will be measured based on the severity of the violation.
